- BBZI've owned my Hondo orange RS117 for almost five years now and fish exclusively brackish/inshore waters along the NC coast. This kayak has amazing stability, paddles well for a fishing kayak, is easy to accessorize, and at only 77 lbs is very easy for one person to car top and launch. I've never even come close to rolling this kayak and I fish out of it year round. It's been offshore several times (extremely nice days) and has performed well. For a kayak at this price point you can not go wrong.
