Overview
The BKC MPK8 Modular Pedal Kayak rapidly disassembles into two sections for easy transport or storage. With its advanced flipper-style pedal system and hand-operated rudder, the MPK8 is a fast and agile vessel. As if the pedal system, rudder, and modular hull weren’t enough, this kayak also features rod holders, cargo space fore, aft, and by the seat, carry handles and paddle park.
But what makes the MPK8 such a special watercraft, is that it’s not one single solid hull, but rather two modular four-foot sections that can easily be separated, making it easy to transport or store. When the two halves are locked in place, you get an eight-foot, 55-pound modular kayak that’s as sturdy and reliable as any other sit-on-top kayak, so no worries there. Whether you’re an experienced paddler, a kayak angler, a seasoned paddle camper, or a newcomer to the water: this modular pedal kayak is lightweight, easy to operate, has a 264-pound weight capacity, and is suitable for use in myriad water conditions.
