What Users Are Saying
Bought two years ago on sale ($480 CDN+ tx) for casual kayaking and fishing. Added some rigging for a side bungie paddle holder (hole locations are pre-marked), 4" Scotty rail and mounted a Striker 7 for fishing. Has been a solid performer and easy to use in lakes and rivers. No issues leaning over to bring in fish. Ergoform seat has been comfortable even after 6 hours of fishing. Pros - light weight - throw on a shoulder and go, stable, easy to maneuver, adjustable foot rests, padded knee guards, front storage, front rod holder, dual back rod sleeves, back bungie area Cons - Supplied rod holder is a bit too far forward but functional, front compartment is shallow (good for wallet, keys and maybe shirt or towel), few flat areas for additional rails Although discontinued, there are similar models for less, and simple to add the 'fishing features' like rear rod sleeves ($12 each on Amazon) or rod holder ($24). Only wish would be for a higher back rest.
